Reminds me of Palmanova in Italy. There seem to have been minor starhubs that didn't have satellites - however, a cursory glance at the immediate area has many traces of oggs. Nice.

That map doesn't really match what remains of the southern star - the southern star looks like maybe 1/4 of a much larger citadel or starhub.

and a fantastic, triangulated canal system too - 45°27'47.68" N 19°32'33.75" E - follow those canals to find oggs and other interesting sites!

A classic canal feature - 45°16'49.46" N 19°49'27.95" E - the triangle!
