I've been working with Armouro on this theory for a while now (and various others)
We have began to confirm that some of the star cities were designed to act as a broadcasting system.
This most likely came about due to Armouro reading a text that stated the Emperor of Tartary had a way of telling his citizens he was done eating so they could get on with it. We have began finding cities in the shape of a corrugated horn and depending on their shape they had a certain reach
We find that all of these were driven by a 4 point star.
Kassel Germany I have not confirmed the existence of a star through old images yet, but as is often the case a football stadium is placed neatly on top of it (i suspect)

Re: Resonance hubs
I can add up to this theory. In slavic territories at all old starfort locations, they have "xrams". And they allways seem to be rebuilt from two towers. It would make sense for one tower to be the receiver and another one - sender. May it be, that "xrams" purpose wasnt to pray, but to get instructions from far away?

Interesting for sure. That image of Ochakov also shows two towers in drawing with the explosions.

This is a video of Victor Bugge, Armouro and myself talking about resonance hubs and going over various stars.
